They are fast and effective, but the staff are rude, and they are over pricing on boxes, especially to other Caribbean country. They are good to ship to Jamaica.

Unlike other big airlines the staff here was really helpful and up to task. They directed me to the right places to clear my shipment as a first time customer. Good place to ship your stuff to the Caribbean. I had to ship stuff to Guyana, South American. I was about to pay for three barrels but the employee suggested that I use a crate box to fit everything in it. Much better then paying for three barrels then paying to shop them individually. They even help me pack the crate. Very helpful with packing stuff and even help me get my car out of the driveway. (Had to unload from the car)
