I had a problem with my shower. Once I notified Bluewater I promptly received a visit from the plumbers to survey the situation. They told me they would have to put in an order for a parts replacement kit. About an hour later I received a call from the office manager who told me the parts should be received in about two days then the work can be done. Like clockwork on the third day the plumbers completed the work at my home. The plumbers were very professional and courteous. The price of the repair was very fair. I was totally satisfied.

I've had many jobs done by H&A 2 showers, water heater, baseboard pipes repair (emergency service after 11PM) and more. H&A stands behind their work and will come back at their expense if anything needs to be corrected. They have fair prices and I've spent thousands of dollars with them. And I'm extremely grateful for the emergency service after 11PM. They didn't even price gouge me on this.

Outstanding work and the price was less than other quotes. Had my old hot water heater replaced as well as 2 valves. These are not as easy as they seem as pipes get rusted or brittle, etc. Two guys came in and did phenomenal work. Clean, efficient, they had floor covers and worked fast. The spout (not sure what it's called) had broken off at the bottom to empty the tank. This required some engineering that a less experienced outfit might not know about. (You have to empty the old tank and not have a flood in the process). The guy knew exactly what to do. I would recommend them and hire them again.

We called Parkset Plumbing as a last resort to fix two boilers in our house that stopped working after three other plumbers failed to fix them. It was a very stressful time.. we thought we needed to completely replace the boilers. When Parkset came they assured us that the boilers are fixable, which was good news. When they came to assess the issue they replaced components in each, but the boilers kept shutting off. They came two additional times, at no cost, and finally arrived at the issue- it was in the chimney flue (the original installers did a terrible job apparently and the gas boilers were shutting down for safety). They recommended a chimney company that assessed and fixed the problem, and the boilers have been working beautifully for over two months now. We are finally stress free! Boilers are complicated appliances, they need knowledge and persistence. If you have a stubborn problem with your boilers please do yourself a favor and CALL THEM!

So happy I found Franco Belli. After receiving exorbitant prices for a new hot water heater installation from several other local companies, I did some searching online and discovered Manny and his team at Franco Belli. They came in and not only did a fantastic job, but found a smart solution to my complicated problem that literally saved me several thousands of dollars in the process. And when we had an emergency boiler failure during the coldest day of the year, Manny and his teams were on site immediately, repairing the issue quickly and professionally. It's also nice to deal a company where you can reach the same person every time — and talk to them honestly, with no BS. I am happy to recommend Manny and his team at Franco Belli to anyone in Brooklyn who needs great (and responsive) plumbing and heating services.

We had an emergency leak in our bathroom leaking into our boiler room. I called Rite Plumbing and Heating and they sent a plumber to my house within 30 minutes. Ari, the plumber arrived on time, and carefully checked our bathroom and soon found what the leak was. The next day, Ari arrived on time again with the right equipment and fixed the leak! Ari also cleaned up the mess after. We were happy to have such a punctual and professional plumber! We will definitely call Rite Plumbing & Heating again if we have any more plumbing problems!
