We remodeled our townhouse in New York City and it wasn’t an easy task. The retaining wall needed replacing and the entire interior needed to be gutted and all new electrical/plumbing. I had a few bids from a couple contractors but they weren’t outlining potential changes during the renovation process. Alisher Fahri, was thorough with all the details during the walkthrough and also with all work that was going to get done. Every step was explained and easy to understand. They also helped us to choose materials that would add value to the property for when we decide to sell, which never crossed our mind. Which all in all is also hard to decide when there are so many options. The job site was always clean and they took the time to describe the details of the process. We did not feel rushed or pressured at all. It was overall a long but simple process. The house looks new again and the kitchen came out fantastic! Thanks to all members of Grandeur Hills Group!!!!
