I had Amos from Brener Construction do some custom built-in woodwork for my new office. Throughout the process Amos and his crew were very professional, clean, and respectful. The finished product was exactly what I wanted for my new office. The job was done on time and cost much less than I had expected. I highly recommend Brener Construction for anyone that needs improvements for their office. I am moving soon and will definitely be calling Amos for my apartment renovations.

We retained Golden I Construction to renovate our NYC apartment. Tony and his team helped us develop our plans and, after permits were received, worked diligently within our agreed budget and timeline. The standard of their work and the quality of the cabinetry installed were both very high. Any questions arising as the project progressed were quickly and satisfactorily answered. Like us, our co-op building management was impressed by their work. We would definitely recommend Golden I Construction for an apartment renovation.

We selected Louis and his team from LB General Construction for a renovation of our NYC apartment that included a full kitchen and bath remodel, as well as new doors, tile work and custom closets. From the initial consultation and competitive quote to the last days of the project, Louis was incredibly engaged, helpful and responsive. In the early stages, Louis helped with the submission to our co-op’s managing agent and addressed their frequent questions (not an easy task). During the course of the project Louis worked hand-in-hand with our design team from Intelligent Kitchen (also great), kept the project on schedule and ensured the work was done properly. He reached out with suggestions along the way and helped us quickly navigate any unforeseen issues that popped up. Importantly, our building’s staff and our neighbors were very complementary of Louis and his crew throughout the 3 month project. We enthusiastically recommend LB General Construction and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We were very happy that we hired Home Solutions to gut renovate our Manhattan condo. Jakub and his team were very honest, responsive and professional. It was our first renovation and Home Solutions was very patient with us, explaining what needed to be done and giving suggestions (for ideas, materials, stores, etc) along the way. He really went above and beyond while staying on budget! Most importantly, Jakub was not satisfied unless we were 100% happy, which was amazing and incredibly rare. We will certainly use Home Solutions for future renovation projects.

We remodeled our townhouse in New York City and it wasn't an easy task. The retaining wall needed replacing and the entire interior needed to be gutted and all new electrical/plumbing. I had a few bids from a couple contractors but they weren't outlining potential changes during the renovation process. Alisher Fahri, was thorough with all the details during the walkthrough and also with all work that was going to get done. Every step was explained and easy to understand. They also helped us to choose materials that would add value to the property for when we decide to sell, which never crossed our mind. Which all in all is also hard to decide when there are so many options. The job site was always clean and they took the time to describe the details of the process. We did not feel rushed or pressured at all. It was overall a long but simple process. The house looks new again and the kitchen came out fantastic! Thanks to all members of Grandeur Hills Group!!!!

I hired Finaly General Contractors for a large scale renovation in a very secure building. Finaly helped in the design process to keep me within budget. Even through all the changes made during the project, Finaly kept moving and never missed a beat. They have an amazing Foreman that was always on the job, knowledgable about the project and answered every question I had in a timely manner. Given all the road bumps I threw at them, the project was delivered on time and within budget. I will continue to use Finaly General Contractors for my future projects and it was a pleasure to work with every person on their team, both in the office and in the field. Top notch service. A+++

I had the most fantastic experience doing a major renovation of a 2000 square foot apartment in Manhattan. Each person involved with the project ( michael p, Justin S, Rafael P) we’re all professional, always helpful, always on time and each one really knew their area of expertise. I am now currently in my newly renovated home and walk around in utter amazement as to what was done. There are no mistakes. Everything went according to plan and even their pricing was on target. I had no idea that remodeling an apartment could be such a wonderful experience. I miss these guys already ! Truly !

James and his team are simply the best contractors I have ever encountered. Period. They did a major renovation on our apartment, which was subsequently featured on a Dwell home tour, and in New York Magazine's "Design Hunting." Their craftsmanship is top notch. But what really distinguishes them is their integrity. They do what they say they are going to do. On time. On budget. Plus they treat your house like a home, not like a construction site. They are careful to protect everything to the nth degree, and also clean everything up every night. If you want the best, go with West Village.

Unbelievably professional company. I have never worked with a contractor as responsive as United Elite Group. They were able to quickly adjust to changes even as the project evolved. They continue to impress even after our project ended. We had additional small things that we wanted to have done and UEG came back over a year later at no cost!! I cant begin to describe how wonderful it was to work with United Elite Group!
