I brought my laptop to this location after reading reviews and I asked for my laptop screen to be replaced. The cost was $170 for a new 28 inch screen. The following day the rep called me and said he has a good as new screen for only $120. I was so grateful that I was able to replace my screen for $50 less. Great service and support. Will be back.

I completely agree with Naomi because I can’t have a computer anymore .I don’t have a computer I have just cellphone.My old laptop destroyed sent emails without authorization to people with blocked emails ???Sim ? I have an hackers like the spectrum in Grace Maison . They know the data that’s the problem! I wrote my last book on my cellphone . Sympathetically a top person &neighbor

The BEST computer repair shop around! The owner, Vasily, is not only knowledgeable, but he is also extremely patient, kind, and very reasonably priced. During Covid, all of my electronics seem to break one at a time (my desktop computer, my laptop, and my cell phone). Vasily fixed them all! He gave me free estimates and explained exactly what needed to be done. I always felt his pricing was very reasonable and fair. I have gone to him since then to have my son's computer fixed, plus he just transferred all of my mini discs onto one flash drive for me! Vasily is a life saver!! I am so happy I found his shop and I can't recommend him highly enough! Thank you!

I have a Macbook computer witch i love so much, but in one day by mistake i spilled some beer on. It was working, but getting slower and slower till i couldn't use it anymore. So i called the apple store for an estimate and they told me that i have to change my logic board, but since i didn't have the apple care it would cost me so much money. So one of my friend recommended me to call Comptechnyc. They told me they have to see the computer firs and than they will give me an estimate, but the house call is free. So I said why not. I made an appointment, and a technician came to my place give me an estimate witch was way below that Apple gave me. Since the repair could not be done in my pace, we agreed for him to take it to the shop. I received the computer back in less than two days, and everything was working 🙂 I've been using the Macbook for more than a month now, and everything works like it did before the spill happened. And I've learned a lesson-never have liquids next to the computer :). I would highly recommend their service.

This place is great. Took less than a day for my laptop to get fixed, and the price was amazing. Best Buy would have charged half the total cost here just to look at my laptop. I also got an explanation as to what happened, and with context. Really can't recommend enough

I have used New York Computer Help twice in the last two years. The first time, I could not turn my computer on or off. They fixed the problem and installed a new hard drive at a very reasonable cost that transformed my computer by making it run many times faster than before. This week, I was unable to open my Quicken file, which is the lifeblood of my personal and professional life. I would be lost without it and was panic stricken. They found a software glitch and solved the problem very quickly. I cannot recommend these people more highly. It is obvious that they care about their work and their customers. They are good-natured, intelligent and very friendly. Finding computer help is fraught with difficulties, and I consider myself extremely lucky to have found New York Computer Help.

My chromebook was constantly crashing and I was unaware of how to resolve this issue as chromebooks are fairly new to the market. I called NYC laptop repair and they knew exactly what was going on. I walked in and walked out with a fixed computer within 60 minutes. Very knowledgeable team and staff.
