3. Response to Complaints
Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, we will:
- Investigate the matter promptly

- Notify the user or business who submitted the content (if applicable)
- Take further action if necessary, including suspending or terminating repeat infringers
4. Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your contact information
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location
- Your physical or electronic signature
We may restore the content if we receive a valid counter-notice, unless legal action is initiated by the complainant.
